Kids Who LIKE TS Dining?

Actually, I just wanted to know if there were other people who prefer to do TS instead of CS. I guess I didn't realize I'd need to defend my choices (though you're right - why should I care if other people don't approve of my personal plans?).

Color me confused . Didn't you start this thread in order to defend your choice of eating almost exclusively at TS restaurants with a 7-year old after feeling beaten up on the other thread? You just didn't "want to know" ... you wanted other people to tell you that their kids liked TS restaurants too to support and defend your own choices. I believe that you may have had a different reaction if you included your (IMO, over the top) dining plans on the first post, but it's human nature to spin a question to get the answer you want .

I have no problem with people disagreeing with me. I have no problem with people saying "this is what works for my family" or even "I don't think it's a good idea to have so many table service meals".

But there is a difference between saying "I wouldn't do that" and saying that someone else is "uninformed" because they weren't smart enough to come to the same conclusion you did. Or think that you can read their mind and assume the most negative motivation on their part (as you do above).

Did I hope to find people who agreed with me - Absolutely. Did I find people who agreed with me? Yes. Even after reading my ADRs there were possitive responses. Did people disagree with me? Absolutely. But only one person felt they needed to personally insult me.

Maybe I shouldn't take it personally when a complete stranger feels it necessary to essentially call me an idiot on a public forum because they don't agree with me. But I don't understand why you care so much about a stranger's plans.

Sorry, but you are taking things too personally. "Uninformed" is not an insult and was not meant as one by me. It does not mean "idiot" ... believe me if I thought you were an "idiot" I wouldn't even bother.

One more piece of advise. Make sure that you see and do everything you want by about Wednesday or Thursday. The Christmas crowds will start to arrive starting Friday and you will be shocked at how crowded it will get.
