Can someone explain this to me? I have a 2 year old and I was wondering if they just have the child eat off the parents plate or do they let you order something for them

Thanks in advance! :goodvibes

At buffets, you can prepare them their own plate. At table service restaurants, they need to eat off your plate in order to be free. (We were always brought an empty plate for DD.) We never had a problem with sharing, as the portions at WDW are so huge. DD is now 8 and we still share a lot of meals. If a child orders off of the menu, regardless of age, they will be charged.

Enjoy!

If you order something for them off the childs menu, you will have to pay for it. At the buffets, you can just pick up an extra plate and get them what they will eat and you won't have to pay for it.

At a pre-plated place like the CRT breakfast for example, they will bring out a plate of food for the child...at CRT it's french toast sticks and bacon or sausage.

At CRT lunch my DS was given a bowl of buttered noodles, juice, and ice cream.
