Hi,

My youngest DD will be 2 when we got to Disney in May. We are planning to do some character buffets, namely Crystal Palace, Hollywood Play 'n Dine, and Chef Mickey's. My DH and I, as well as my 7yo DD, will be on the Dining Plan. How will they handle my 2yo DD? Will she be able to eat off the buffet for free, or will they charge us OOP for her?

I'd rather save the money and not have to pay for her to eat half of a muffin, but I don't want it to be uncomfortable or awkward if I get her a plate.

Thanks!
Kristi

Nobody will bat an eye if you get her a plate. They may charge you for a drink if you want her to have her own, but often they don't. Just a little extra pixie dust. :wizard:

We ate at about 7 buffets last year and they never charged us for drinks or food

No charge, That is why we booked all buffets when our kids were under 3. I have never been charged for drinks either.

DD3 did 20+ TS meals as a 2 year old. I'd say 75% of them were buffets (mostly character meals) and we always made her a plate of her own and were never charged for her drinks. Several of the non-buffet TS restaurants also made sure she had food to eat and bev at no extra charge.
