Has anyone been noticing problems with the internet lately?

Every night for the past two days at 1AM i'm noticing that my internet is shutting down for no reason and I can't figure out what the cause is? And I wonder if something had happened the other day that caused people's internet to shut down? Another thing that I think might be causing this is that Google has now an AI Mode added and it suddenly shuts your internet down and is there a way to get rid of the AI Mode feature from Google? Because Mom and I searched and couldn't find anything. Why is people's internet being shut down at 1AM?

No. The "internet" is not shutting down at 1AM. This is probably a problem either in your home or with your ISP (who you get your internet from). That ISP, even if they're a national company, if they're having problems, it will probably only affect people in your area.
The best thing to do, next time this happens, is contact your ISP. Either a call or an app (I can sign in to my ISP's app, see if there's an outage, and report one if one isn't listed).

You can also try rebooting your modem, your router (if not part of your modem), and your computer.

Now, this is assuming, when the "internet shuts down" that you're checking multiple computers in the home.

Also could be a regular scheduled system or router reset I worked overnights and our Internet went down at 1 am every morning as a scheduled reset. IT department determined monitored usage and 1 am was the lowest traffic time of the day. We would just take a 5 minute break at 1 am while everything rebooted. Also very common with cable boxes, satellite boxes, etc. Even my printer/scanner combo does it, at 11 am every morning. Usually you can find a way to change the time of the reset to a better time.
