Kids Suite???

What is a kids suite??? I've seen some post about people being upgraded to a kids suite. Also, does the RP have this type of room? Also, and I promise this is my last ??? Does anyone know about adding another room at a "teen" rate??? Or how much that cost?? There is soooooo much to ask, and it's all confusing..... Like club level rooms are simply standard rooms with food available.... they are not bigger.... etc. And a suite is one bed and a pull-out. If I'm wrong on that someone please correct me. I'm getting a little anxious about our trip........ I'm just excited...... indulge me Thanks!!

I know that the RPR doesn't have kid's suites; HRH does.

Thanks...... Yeah, I went to the site, and noticed that the orlando hotels were not listed. You'd think they would be!!

We just stayed in one of the Kids Suites at Portofino Bay--there are some pictures on the Loews site I think. I'll try to post mine as soon as I get them developed.

There are different themes--ours was a sailing theme. The kids had a separate room the same size as a standard room (minus the bathroom and entryway) with two twin beds, a nightstand between, a small table and chairs, an armoir with a tv and vcr, a large closet, and lots of cute details. I've seen pictures of rooms with bunk beds, a castle theme, a flowery theme--maybe on laughing place?

Hopefully I'll get some pictures up soon--they're very cute.

Thanks...... I sounds really nice. Too bad the RP doesn't have it!!! Maybe next time we'll try to get it, I'm sure my 3 year old would love it.

and click on Universal Orlando in the upper left, it will take you to a window where you can click on Orlando, then on-site hotels. Choose Portofino Bay and there's a 360 degree tour that has a room with a set-up like we had.

Ours didn't have a bathroom in the kids room--unless I completely missed it! I've seen others report that there are two bathrooms, maybe that's only the club level kids suites.

wendypooh--when I called to book our rooms we booked a deluxe room at the HRH. It has 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. I did ask about club level and was told they are standard rooms on the club level. I also asked about deluxe rooms at RPR and was told they didnt have them. HTH some.
