Kids Stay and Play Free Question

I know that kids under 7 stay and play free up until at least Nov 2008. My question is, is this likely to continue next year or is it part of the Birthday Celebrations? I am wondering because I would love to go to DLP in Sept/Oct this year, but might put it off until Spring 2009 in order to save up lots of money for all the extras (Character lunches, shows, spending in the shops, maybe better quality of hotel etc). However, if this offer is not on then, I will end up having to pay more for my daughter to go.

Disney usually offer the free kid deal Jan-March each year to fill up the hotels at a slower time of year. It isnt guaranteed though
