Kids Programs

Can your child participate in the kids programs on the ship if you are off the ship on a shore excursion? I was reading through navigators and I saw that there were activities that were activites on the days the ship was in port. I was just wondering if this is something that people do. Thanks!

Of course they can stay on the boat while you're on an excursion! Great babysitting service huh?

That is great, I would have never thought that was possible.

You do need to be aware that your pager will not work when you are off the ship. That means that the counsellor can't page you if your child wants/needs you.

However, the staff is well trained, and does a great job of dealing with any situation. It is certainly a courtesy to the counsellors to tell them when you sign in your child that you will be off the ship for awhile.
