Kids packs on eurostar

Stupid question but see those free kids packs you get on eurostar, is it just for the direct train to Disney that you get them? As we are going on a Tuesday, and eurostar doesn't run to dlp on a Tuesday, we are changing in lille(sp)??? So would my son not get one on that journey out?

EDIT I don't mind buying one if they sell them???

im not sure 100% but they give them out before you board so cant see why you wouldnt get them we got on at ebbsfleet and they walked round giving them out to the little ones

just ask at the desk, it didnt seem a problem..

Maybe its worth asking when you go to the Eurostar desk. A friend of mine really wanted the pack for herself she didnt have a child with her. But they gave her one

you would think it would be for all children really, Direct or not

last year we went from Ebsfleet and as we had booked travel and hotel seperately we weren't given one, although once we went to board the train the staff then were giving the children packs as they had some left over, so sometimes maybe it's to do if they have any left.

We went from Ebbsfleet & they handed them out at the station to all the children even though we'd booked our travel & hotel separately. Maybe it just depends on the day! I have heard of people getting them from the guest services desk so worth asking.
