Kid's Menu at 'Ohana

I noticed that the menu for 'Ohana includes a kids menu and I was wondering if that was accurate. When we have eaten there in the past our youngest has always eaten from the family style meal they served to us but on this trip we are bringing a friend of my DD16 who is a vegetarian. I am wondering if we can order that kids meal and maybe if our vegetarian friend is starving on 'Ohana's very carnivore friendly menu she can share it with DD6?

I know technically the kids menu is for kids but we will be paying for 4 adults and 1 child anyway so I can't see the harm in it.

Since 'Ohana is served family style and she is presumably 16, she will most likely be charged adult pricing regardless of what or how little she eats.

Luckily, you can have it noted on the reservation that you will have a vegetarian dining with you. You can mention it again when you check in for your dinner or to the server. If you look at some of the vegetarian reviews you'll see that they can whip up a vegetarian meal at 'Ohana without resorting to a kid's menu.

We have been there for dinner 3 times in the past 2 years and I have always ordered my 2 younger kids a different meal. My daughter always gets mac n cheese. Since it is family style and a set price on Adults and Children I don't see why she could not order another meal I also think once I got a Grilled cheese for my daughter if they still have that.
