I agree that's what they meant, but that's going to be unnecessary most of the time, anyway. This thread is causing worries that people really shouldn't have.I believe what poster is saying is, that the 10 year old should say they are not 10 but instead 9? Not for purposes of avoiding paying the difference of a child vs. 10+ dining plan, but so they can eat off the child's menu.
Now, a buffet/prix fixe meal would be another story. Even the smallest 10yo ever is paying the adult price there.
