Kids just say the cutest things!

Well.. my 2 yr old nephew has caught some BAD virus.. he has had a fever and other yucky stuff.. not eating.. only liquids.. You moms all know the usual virus drill... Well.. this morning he was sitting in his chair watching his "choo choo moobie" (Polar Express,.. he is truly addicted to it!) when his dad came down to join him... he attemped to get up to go and sit on the couch with him.. and promptly fell down cause he was just so weak.. and said.. "mamma...Help" then when we put him on the couch.. he looked up at his dad and said

"DaDa.. I Bwoken"

it was just so sad.. but hysterical at the same time... I am happy to report that he is feeling MUCH better... no more fever.. but still droopy...

I just had to share!

My DD#1 (2.5yrs) was really sweet (for like 5 seconds) yesterday.
I had a HORRIBLE day and was really, really upset. I have never cried in front of the girls but I lost it when I went to get DD#1 up from her nap.
I sat on the floor and cried for a min and she came over to me just staring (she's never seen anyone cry before, I don't think).
She finally licked her finger and said, "Mama Willy," and proceeded to give me a wet willy.
I laughed so hard I almost wet myself.

I would've told her that Santa was watching and that wasn't a nice thing to do but it was so cute and cheered me up.

Aww, how sweet!!

My 3 girls have each been sick for the last 3 weeks. DD5 had pink eye last week and I had to pick her up from school. She told me that she didn't feel sick. I told her that her eye was sick and that is why we had to go to the doctor. She got real serious and said, "But I don't want them to poke my eye out!" I don't know why she thought that, but I couldn't help but giggle a little inside.

DD11 has a horrendous case of the stomach virus as we speak. I had asked her if she had used the bathroom at all. She then told us that she .....farted and it was "different". Of course we couldn't help but laugh. Needless to say, she had to change her undies. Poor thing. She really does look and feel pitiful.
