we haven't had any trouble with taking food we did get slighty into trouble with our potato salad. She wanted to know how we were planning on it. So I said with a fork.![]()

Finally she let us through and then I said to my hubby I should have told her I was planning on smearing it on my sandwich. I have not been told I could not bring the girls sippy cups into the park I see those things everywhere. I even bring my own sipper bottle for hubby and I. I will let you know how bad it is after this next trip. While on the subject does anyone know if you are allowed to have a ice chest in the hotel room. My twins have to have lactose free milk and dland doesn't serve it that I have seen.
Lyddy was up until about 1AM. Uggh! Then, she woke up at 7AM this morning! I was hoping she would take a nap (yeah right). She turned 5 today (Wednesday) and even though I don't celebrate birthday's, Brian planned a Build a Bear party for her. Thankfully, she slept a bit on the way up to the party, so she was ok. And, that's probably why she is STILL up at midnight (the nap that is).Yep thats the one I found too, and I also saw the ribbon one but this shirt is for my boy and I don't want to waste my time making something my husband would never let him leave the house in!!!Even though it would look really pretty on him

So you are up late too TJ.... Again.... are the girlys up too?? That seems to be the ONLY time I get to myself!! I got some more pj pants cut out and a skirt for my cousins dd and sewed the buttons on that blue jumper dress for dd. I also made a drawstring duffle out of an old pair of jeans- I found the idea in a library book. I plan to add some U of M (that's Minnesota by the way) patches and give it to my SIL and make another one for her boyfriend. I ordered the shirts to go with the pj pants then I have to put on Iron ons on them. They are supposed to be here friday. Has anyone else used jiffyshirts.com before?? We used them for our tie dyes and really liked them!!
It got to almost 30 here today- We still have a good 9 inches of snow on the ground from 2 weeks ago, from that last storm. And dd has been sick today-tuesday. She had a flu shot last week I don't know if they are related but ds and I aren't sick so I don't think that's it. I hope this bug doesn't linger or spread that would not be good- We have a busy week ahead of us.
You should make yourself some coordinating shirts to go with their outfits. Maybe some ties for your husband too...Then reality hit me- HELLO dd is not even a year and a half she does not care if her babies have matching outfits and I think if I started making outfits just so I could change their clothes and match them with dd my dh would really start to wonder about me
I was hoping you would tell that story! It is so sweet!I forgot to mention that when I gave my niece her gingerbread outfit, she said "Aunt Heather, I didn't know you were an artist!!" She was absolutely thrilled with it and I was absolutely thrilled with her reaction!
Corey and I had a front row seat to the projectile vomiting as well! It was a perfect arch! Pretty cool looking actually. In a really sick gross kind of way! The poor little guy. I think he missed us all! He kept going around to each of us hugging us! He pressed his little cheak against Corey's while he was holding him. It was the sweetest thing! This was all before he covered himself, the floor and Heather in thowup!Sawyer is sick again today. He keeps throwing up. Teresa can attest that he's pretty good at projectile vomiting (he did it at my mom's last night about 4 times before we could get him out of there).
You knew that would make me laugh!I love seeing the kiddos all bundled up in their snow gear. So, which one had to go to the bathroom as soon as you put all that stuff on?![]()
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the Cinderella outfits!!!! That is fantastic! Love the Bitty Baby one too! Is that sparkly ricky rack?Okay, here is my cheapo Wal-Mart Cinderella dress CAB. Cinderella's face is a little smaller than I would've liked for the cool effect, but I totally cheated and used a pillowcase. I had to hand stitch around it because my current sewing machine has no zig zag stitch. I used $2 fabric and a pillowcase from Walmart. On the "bo-peep" bloomers I used a bunch of scraps of eyelet my mom had saved up over the years. No model because they are Christmas presents.

Here is the peasant top and bloomers I made Bitty Baby yesterday. I figure they will be generic enough to go under whatever else I make her.

We can't say ****oo? Maybe you should try boo boo!****oo and all
I must be a big fan of cheapo Walmart CABs because I LOVE this outfit!! You did such a terrific job. I also love the doll-sized one and the cute little peasant top and bloomers!
Here are my snow pictures from this morning. A lot of it has melted already. Notice my extreme lack of Chrismas decor. You can't see it very well, but there is a little wooden Christmas tree on my front porch.
This is how far my mom's house is from my driveway, Teresa!:

You are a snot!
Awww, so cute!!!
ok, finished another set, now looking at it, I should have done the mickey on a red shirt. But I think he will have to wear a little jacket most days so do not think it matters. and since we are leaving in 8 days and I have one more of these shirts to do. ahhh.
oh question, do you think this would show up well on a brown tshirt to match the shorts more?

I think thsi is all I will get done today. hubby has his work xmas party I must go to. It should be interesting his boss got fired yesterday!

Great pictures!!! You have so gorgeous kids!!! Thanks for sharing!
I have had mine I made for years. It is wonderful.
I also made one with flax seed and dried lavender and chamomile added. It smells good and the flax seed conforms well to achy shoulders or colicky tummys. You just have to microwave it in 30 second increments ...remove and shake to distribute the heat and repeat several times till you get it hot enough.
You can also use old beans or other legumes. I have used those for big body parts like lower backs or knees. They stay hot for a while.
You CAN just use an old tube sock and dump in whatever (rice, flax seeds, beans) and sew the top or even knot it in a pinch.
Now I want to make some too!

I love your house and your massive garages! I can't let DH see! The last time we moved it was because he had to have more garage space. I'm jealous of how close you are to your mom!
Thank you so much on the compliments on my house. I would just like to tell everyone again that my wonderfully talented husband built it HIMSELF!! My dad helped out a little and he also had another (former) friend help some. But, most of it he did himself. It took just under a year because he also has a full time job. The 2nd garage has approximately the same square footage as the house. He hopes to have his own body shop in there one day (he paints cars for a living). This is the 3rd house he's built for us. We plan to stay here for a while, seeing as how we're so close to our free babysitter!HeatherSue - your house is gorgeous! Love all the snow!
I'm fixin' to post some pics here in a minute....I finished Lydia's Build a Bear dress today. Woo hoo!! I took some pictures, but I can't find the card reader for Corey's camera, and am too tired to go look much! I think it turned out pretty cute. There are a few things I still want to fix, but she was able to wear it today to her party. Heather got some cute pictures of her in it at the party. Corey took his camera, but he basically took video with it. Lydia was so happy that the employee working there told her how much she loved the dress.
I love the jammies!!! Hey, when did you cut Megan's hair?! It looks adorable and she matches her doll even better now.
Wait a minute right there missy!!!! Do you really think you can just get Megan's hair cut and then not mention it???She looks absolutely adorable!!!! I love it!!!
The picture of Megan and Jacob on the couch, I love that look on Megan's face!!
and, good morning Heather! How's Sawyer?
If looks could kill!
Yes, Heather, please do share! I'm glad my little Soybean is doing better!Do we think alike or what? I swear I didn't read your post before I posted mine! Sawyer seems to be feeling a lot better this morning. He has had a few bouts of diarrhea, but otherwise seems OK. We've been singing the diarrhea song all morning. If anyone here doesn't know the diarrhea song, I'd be happy to share.![]()

I just can't wait to go again! We had a blast even though some of the family backed out. DB and DSIL did not go. These are the family members that said the custom JoJo shoes I got for my niece's B-day a few months ago were "hideous" that everyone here seemed to like.Any-hoo the trip was fun and we all had a good time. I did wind up making the other Finding Nemo tops for everyone. Here are some pics from our Epcot day. We got loads of compliments at the park. DF says he wants me to make matching custom tops for all of us for EACH day next time we go
I guess I better get started since I am the world's slowest sewer

PS any ideas for matching custom tops for "grown ups" with a Pirate and Princess party theme? DH wants to have matching tops for the P&P Party next month
