I wanted to chime in about the Christmas prep too. My DH insists on not talking about Christmas until Thanksgiving is over(and noone is to mention Turkey Day until Halloween is good and over!!!) But I have made it ABUNDANTLY clear that we WILL be decorating the weekend of Thanksgiving and that means tree up and all!! Every year I say this but Christmas is always a slow time for the family biz and we are always stressed at the loss of income (no matter how prepared) and then last year we were actually laid off and he wanted nothing to do w/ Christmas spirit. I will have none of it this year and with a new job looming in the picture I don't know what kind of hours or days I'll be working so Thanksgiving weekend might be the last chance we have to decorate. He said "good thing I never got around to putting the Christmas decorations up" Yeah, way to put icing on your procrastination!!!!

Great job!
Then we could go fabric shopping together!
Go STEELERS!!
(that's how I say it too
I don't need it, I just want to know that I haven't lost my mind and it's not lost somewhere in the chaos of my house. So if I sent you mickey fabric, raise your hand and put my mind at ease.
We are moving across the country the week after Thanksgiving, we'll be in our new home 2 weeks and then be goign to Utah for Christmas! I'm really, really sad I can't set it up this year, but I don;t even think I'll have the boxes all unpacked when we leave for Utah, let alone the Christmas things.
