You look beautiful. I think all (or most) pregnant women are gorgeous.
I agree!

Just because you are both so sweet, Teresa Joy and HeatherSue, here is a picture of my wedding. We are both 22 in 1995.

How beautiful! I really really love weddings!

Your kids are adorable! Your little boy reminds me of a daycare boy we use to have named, Jacob (Yep, it IS a very popular name Steph! ;) ) I hope your son is better behaved thanthat boy though! He had the FACE of an angel anyway!

Theresa-the rockstar pics were for you!

...t.

I appreciate it T.! :)

Love the wedding photos! Everyone looks great! I'll try to get some up today, but I definitely will NOT be posting pregnant photos!

I can't wait! And come on, post some pregnancy ones!

ok.. that Brownie in the background better sew her fun patches closer together :goodvibes
I don't know why, but that just threw me into a fit of giggles!

Thanks guys! We were married in 1998, he was 24 & I was 23. Everyone tells us we look waaay younger, though.

There are very few pics of me pregnant, I suppose I could try to find one if you REALLY want to see it. :lmao:
You do look younger!

You KNOW we really want to see it!

See, the kids'll upstage you everytime. I try to dress mine as ugly as possible and not brush their hair so I'm still prettier.

...t.

You are a nut!

I know. You can get a patch for doing almost anything. They have patches for every available activity there is and then we have to sew them on, although I did figure out that heat n bond works well on those patches.

My little guy can get away with anything with anyone. He just looks up at you thru those dark brown eyes and you just melt, but he's not too bad.

No pg photos from me. I had toxemia so a ton of water gain, my face is huge, along with my belly. I did have to go to 2 Christmas time formal events while I was 8 months pg. Not flattering at all.

Well, my scanner isn't working so no wedding pics from me! And absolutely NO pregnancy pics!!! NO NO NO! I looked like a house with legs! I was as big around as I was tall and my husband just "rolled" me everywhere we went!:rotfl:

yep... I am a 3rd year brownie leader.. I have to cut back on fun patches this year since were are just about out of room.

We had 1 mom take hers all off over the summer and re-sew then since she spaced them out liek the girl in the pic.

Here is the bodice of a Christmas dress I started for DD. I am so proud of myself for trying to appliqué. It is no where near perfect but it looks good from a distance.

This is the fabric I am using for the skirt.

LOVE this! It is very, very cute!

I lost the first picture I was going to comment on!! I'll go back and find it momentarily.
You are too darn pretty!! This picture literally took my breath away! I LOVE your preggo picture, too! You don't look big at all for 8 months pregnant! Was that taken in your house, or elsewhere?

This has always been one of my favorite pictures! This is SO Mom! You know, our photographer didn't take ANY pictures during the wedding. I thought of that just now. So, no pictures of our "first kiss".

You make such a sweet couple. You're so pretty!!

He DOES look a lot like Jacob #2 (out of 4 Jacobs) at our daycare!! He was SOO naughty, but had the sweetest little face!

You are just gorgeous! I love the applique, too!

There's Tessa! Can you do me a favor and post the back? Did you do the ties? When I went to cut them out they seemed way too short so I made them longer and now I think they are way too long. Anyway, great wedding pictures! I will have to dig up mine and scan them in. I think you look like Pam from The Office in the garter one.
Thanks for saying I look like Pam (and not Phyllis)!
Here's the back of the outfit. I made the ties like the pattern said and they seem to be long enough:

About the siggies - You guys know they changed the signature rules right? They are leaving you only 250 pixels high. Anything beyond that gets cut off. So the sigs will not be returning to normal - it's a permanent change. So we're gonna have to adjust them :surfweb:

If I get brave I'll post my wedding pics. I like how I used to look. Now 3 1/2 kds later I will not be posting pics of myself! :rolleyes1

Ok, you guys probably have figured out by now that I don't mind getting my picture taken, and odder still, I don't mind sharing those pictures! WHY? I don't know! It's not like I'm real photogenic or something! But, since T. did it (although she is WAY cuter than me) I thought I'd share some of my (and Heather's) pregnancy pictures!

Me pregnant with my son, Corey way back in June of 1992. I think I was probably about 8 months along in this picture. And, even though it looks like it here, I really did NOT have a mullet! (I had to mess with this picture so you could see it, so the quality is pretty bad)
pregantwithCorey_241x480.jpg

Me right before having Arminda (like an hour before). In the hospital, about to go into the bathroom to put on the lovely robe. Nice shot of the toilet paper, huh?
Pregantwitharminda_318x480.jpg

Me and Hether pregnant with Lydia (me) and Tessa (Heather). I put the one of these in where I am making a really goofy face, because this is the one where you can see my belly a little better. (I know I have more pictures of me pregnant with Lydia, but I can't seem to find them right now) Heather and I had Tessa and Lydia exactly three months apart. I think I'm probably about 8 months or more along here. Heather had Tessa about a month early, so she would be 4 or 5 months along.

Oh yea!! I love wedding pictures!! Here's some of mine from June 2001. I was 28, and DH was 32.

Sorry, pictures of pictures, and blurry!

I wore my mom's headpiece during the ceremony. We had it restored.

Here's my mom wearing it too!

There I go getting all boo hooey again! Especially when I saw the picture of your Mom in the headpiece!

These are just beautiful pictures! That is one of the neatest looking headpieces I have ever seen! Just gorgeous! I love the trian too!

What pretty brides we all were!

Ok, M just got home from school so I was able to take some pictures (with the card in the camera this time):

Don't look too close at the appliqué, it looks like poor Hello Kitty has been in some kind of face-altering fight:

100_1887.jpg

Ohhh, and I sewed a pin inside one of the patches! I managed to cut it off, so just the ball in stuck in there, rolling around. I think it gives it some personality!

Oh yeah, one more thing: yay scrunchies, boo ribbons! :cheer2:

Yup, I notice lots of chopped off siggies. Better to scroll through a page, though.

I need some serious sewing motivation. I think I need to organize my faric and see what inspires me! I found some froggie flannel I forgot I had! SOOOO cute! I want to make jammies for the kids. And fleece hoodies. I need to include the boys more, so they aren't feeling left out. Have to be so careful not to make them look home-spun though. :confused3

Love all the wedding pictures!

I didn't know that. I was just looking at the signature requirements a few days ago too. I take it this is a very recent change. I will go make some adjustments!

Thanks for letting us know! :thumbsup2

ETA: HELP! I can't find anything about the new signature rules. I still see the old requirements that each individual picture can not be over 200 pixels high. Can you direct me to the new rules? I like to be legal with my siggy! TIA!

Love all of the wedding pics! You look gorgeous! Love the pic of your parents!

Teresajoy_ Love the preggo pics! If I were that small 9 months pregnant I would show mine!:)

1. Josephine(right?) needs NO dolling up...she can't help it!
2. I LOVE those outfits they are just darling!!!!
Josephine is correct, and she kept asking where her bows are.. geesh got to buy some.

I couldn't miss the opportunity to post a picture of my decoupaged jeans and my little cutie wearing them. I put a strip around the top to "finish" them off.

She is such a cutie and you did a great job on the outfit!

I love that jeans set.. I have not tried the decopage jeans yet, but they look time consuming!

I have that same exact leaf material. I used it on the flare pants I made for dd and for a cool twirl skirt.
Great Loris (i mean minds) must think alike. :cool1:

I think all us Lori's should form a club arn't we talented! hehehe

These are so cute! Can't wait to make something with my new stripwork jumper pattern! :rolleyes1 ;)
Make something and post, can't wait to see!!!!

Love them both! I must say, your little girl is a ray of sunshine! Love her sweet smile! She looks so proud to be the best dressed kid in the neighborhood! You always make the cutest stuff!

Now I'm all pressured to do a thanksgiving outfit. I think I want to try a long-sleeved t-shirt dress but I'm afraid I won't go up high enough onto the shirt or the seam will pouf our funny. I need a tutorial, stat! MAYBE I should take a peek at page 1? ;)

Thank you she is not always the little ray of sunshine here! She loves wearing her clothes to preschool!

I personally do not like the tshirt dresses. I don't think they hold up well in the wash or over time. JMO

LOVE this! So cute and your daughter is beautiful! Looks like she loves it too!

Wow! Now I know where your kids get their pretty eyes! I love the picture of you on the bar! :lmao: That is so wonderful that you wore your mother's headpiece. It's a great picture of her, too!

Here's another one for you...BTW I HATE beer!! DH wanted to get the bar picture blown up to hang up over the bar in the basement. That hasn't happened!!
