Kids Disney Boutique / Customs Clothes Part 3

There are a ton of September people! I guess maybe its the draw of free food ! We're going on the Disney Wonder Sept 9-13 and then we're staying at the Poly Sept 13-17. DD is 3. The only day we don't have a custom for is Typhoon Lagoon! Other than that, she'll have a wardrobe change at least twice a day.

Anyone going to be at MNSSHP on the 14th? DD will be in a pirate tutu costume.

Maybe we should plan a Sept DIS customs meet up!

Our dates of our vacation have been kinda screwy....so we went to Sea World, last week. This weekend is a couple of nights at All-Star Sports, and Sea World again, Playhouse Disney Live, and maybe Animal Kingdom...
In October is all of the parks, and MNSSHP... So everything is spread out...LOL, but I did actually book the room for October. right now we are at Riverside, but I want to change to AKL.... We'll see what the finances look like in a week or two...

This would only happen to somebody lucky enough to have WDW right in their own backyard. Sounds like you've got a lot of things planned in the next little bit. Is DD in school yet or does she have another year? I saw your Sea World pictures. Your daughters look picture-perfect in your handiwork!!! I bet they turned a lot of heads! Have fun on your extended vacation(s)!

I'm a lurker here but both my daughters will be in customs for the entire trip. We'll be at Pop Century from September 22-30

DDs 4 and 1, baby only has a few outfits, dd(4) has several

We will be there Sept 14th-23rd at POP - DS and DD are 7 yrs.

We'll be at the POP Sept. 2-9! My DD is 3! Tomorrow I leave for CKU-Nashville (Creating Keepsakes University). It's a three day "college" for scrapbookers, held at OpryLand Hotel, and I now have a 100.2 fever! Doesn't the timing stink! Well hopefully I'll be over it before we leave for Disney. I'm going to drug myself up, and hope for the best

I'm sure I'll be well over a hundred pages behind when I get back! Happy sewing everyone!

Shame on me! I've been in lurk mode lately. This thread moves so fast, I can barely keep up but I do check throughout the day to see what's new. I enjoy seeing all of the new outfits and I hope to post some soon. I am currently working on Dora, Nemo, and the pink/black Mickey. Dora should be finished tomorrow. (fingers crossed)

We'll be at MNSSHP on the 14th too. Just DH,Myself,DD8,& DD4. Not sure what they will be wearing that night because they have an appointment at BBB that day and I don't exactly know what they will pick . We won't be dressed up because I'm dragging DH kicking and screaming to the LeStat Vampire Ball in New Orleans in October so there is no way I'll get him in a costume twice LOL.

Our trip isn't til Nov/Dec and I am getting sooo impatient.

Of course I have 2 additional months to finish all my projects.

We must not live too terribly far from each other. That's my home faire. I belong to the International Wenches Guild and a Privateer Guild (pirate guild.)

Have fun this weekend. It's supposed to be so hot I don't want to even attempt to go and now since DH's computer case is cracking we'll be at the Apple Store getting that fixed. Oh well, I'll just have to pacify myself with a trip to the Disney Store.

On another note, I can't believe how many of us will be down around the same time. I'll keep my eyes open for all the custom clothing. I should have a lime green name tag on my bag and I'll have the loudest kid at WDW, trust me.

No, we are in Maryland but not far away from NOVA. You wouldn't be going to the Disney Store next to Starbucks would you? If so I love Tysons!! I drive all the way just to go to get my lbloomies fix!

DD's will have fun. We are hoping the weather will not heat up to much! It was supposed to be 90 today but only got to 68. Hopefully, it will be somewhat mild because that little girl is going to have a pretty hot dress!

I have been lurking on this post for many months now and just DROOLING over everyone's talent!

My mother has agreed to give me sewing lessons every other weekend. I just need to get the fabric and she is going to help me create some clothes for our next trip.

Can anyone tell me where to find the "epcot" fabric with the kids. I have searched a few fabric sites and am having no luck at all.

Done! It is a little wonky but, it is Minnie. It has 'character' ha ha ha. Oh yeah it is to put the plane tickets and ID in at the airport. It is hard enough juggling everything with a toddler and taking shoes off and on etc. The white part is a little plain. I think I may look at the scrapbook section for something to put on there.

Here is the cupcake fabric I bought the other day (it is Martha Negley fabric) ok not Disney but, so cute I had to show you. I already made a little knitting bag out of the turqoise one.

That's exactly the store we're going to, I just have to peel both my husband and DD out of the Apple Store so I can go visit. DH will be spending all his money, at least in his head anyway, I've got designs on that money for our Disney trip. DD will want to sit on the little ball chairs and play games all day or at least until my back ceases up from being crunched up on the ball trying to wrangle a wiggle worm of a toddler who knows more about computers than I do. She's so much like her father.

If they make it too difficult for me I'll drag them both to the new LUSH store.

Those are very cute! I think I'm going to make a pair of HSM for dds to wear to HSM on ice. You put the stabilizer behind the jeans and just pin it in place until you get some stitches in it to hold it. You'll have three layers, jeans will be sandwiched between stabilizer and patches. Hope this helps! The Little Mermaid capris I'm working on are stretchy also, and I've not had any trouble using the stabilizer.

I know this has been posted a few times lately but I can't find where, SURPRISE, I don't remember which of the hundred pages from the past week it is on!

2CuteKidz- Whaaaat? I could have gotten a good deal on Pokemon cards? My darling sons try to hide stuff in the grocery cart too. It's 97% likely I'll be too distracted to notice. Funny! I wish I had seen it!

Jessica52877- We have a similarly named son. I have a Dallen. I like #2, it pops best against the black Mickey head. But whichever you choose, it'll be wicked cool!

Ack!!! I did diaper wipe covers today and the pattern is FINE, I just had no idea how to follow the simple-easy-step-by-step instructions. It is impossible to sew the lining pieces together and the fashion fabric pieces together due to different sized pieces. So... I made it up. Which I should never do. I am not an Art-teest like some people we know I need to STICK to the set pattern and not deviate, not pass GO and not collect $200.
