Everyone Stop what you're doing right now and head to EBAY!!!!!
There is the cutest outfit that I have ever seen...Look under pettiskirt...it's the last listing, the navy uniform...OMG,,I am totally making this. I tried to copy her pictures...:rolleyes1 however, the seller is on to me, and won't let me. So I found another way...LOL. I took a photo of the screen. I have the most perfect jacket. On our last Disney cruise, My dd fell in love with Brent Davies, the cruise director and she had to have his jacket. So she has one. Now I know what to do with it....!!!!! yea:banana:
I think I posted a photo of her in the jacket, but it looks like this...

Isn't he the hottest man alive.... LOL

Thanks! I've had those saved for awhile now. I just can't decide if they're worth $15 plus shipping. :confused3 Do they stay in pretty well?

The current listing look to be on snap clips. Mine are on french clips. They're a little heavy. I have to put dd's sides up in piggies, then they are pretty secure. They look pretty east to make... if only I could sew!!! I can try taking a close up an ear, if anyone wants to see how they're made.

Sent in your regular mail, M.

Linda I love the pirate overalls!!! I can't wait until dgs gets older, right now he's almost 3 months so a little tiny to be sewing for!

How do you all apply with applicays (sp?)? Do you have special machines? Or can I apply them with my regular machine? Just curious, I would like to make shirts for my girls before we go.

If your machine can zig zag, you can applique. It's just a zig zag stitch that's close together.

I think I am going to get this dress for DD. We're going in Sept (hot!) and she will have just turned 3, so I'm a little concerned about the length and the fullness. I emailed the seller and asked about taking one tier out (so its just 2 plus the ruffle) and she said she could do it, but it would be less full/twirly. The little girl in the picture is wearing a size 4/5 and she's really a 3/4 so it looks long on her, too.

So do you think I should get it made shorter (one less tier) or do you think it would take away from the "twirly" style? I'm thinking that DD could wear it on the plane and that night at DTD and maybe to dinner one night, so maybe wearing it in the parks wouldn't really be an issue anyway.

What do you ladies think??

What does everyone think of this dress? I really really want to make this one.. For our trip in October, I wanted something really simple, but cool enough for the hot weather. Do you think this will fit the bill? :goodvibes
