I need some good ideas!!!!

I have been duly appointed to put together a craft activity for the kids at a big event this Spring. The thought is for all the kids to make something that is then presented to the head Lady, as a kind of meaningful keepsake. The deal is, if there is a good turnout, we are talking a LOT of kids. Dozens, of a wide age range. I know there are lots of teachers, girlscout leaders, and very creative parents here! Any good ideas anyone! C'mon, I know you can help!

What about each child making a flower, maybe out of tissue paper, and then presenting them one by one with the end product being a beautiful bouquet.

This is something my kids made for my Mum for her 80th b'day.

You need an empty tin ( largish )....maybe juice or coffee. I don't know what you would have that comes in largish tins.

Next you need to wash the tin & lid...........that's anohter thing, it's gotta be at tin with it's own air tight lid, not one you cut the top off with a can opener.

Ok. so wash & dry the tin & lid. Get a can of gold or sliver spray paint & some shells or nuts or something decorative for the lid.

Spay the tin & lid with the spray paint then decorate the lid with your choice of things (stick them on with craft glue)...............you can either spray your decorations before gluing, or just decorate without spraying. You then have a nice storage container.
