DS has done the cookie class a few times.
Note: they mix up normal, at-home, cookie ingredients and send them off. Then they get ship-made cookies back (with a slightly less wholesome list of ingredients). So it's not actually THEIR cookies that they are eating. In case that makes a difference in terms of the child's feelings or (IMO more importantly) their health.
Yes we checked on this for DS's sake (with the club who called the kitchen who got back to them). Silly kid keeps forgetting that the cookies are actually safe for him, and gives them to other kids doing the class.
Oh and he really likes it. It's fun for him. I think he's done the class at 9 and 10 years old. Maybe 8, too.
