Kids 3–9 stay, play and dine for FREE

I understand you now. It is so confusing. I would try calling back and asking for the CM to explain it to you. I think the $658 is an example though, how much it would cost for each adult staying in the same room at double occupancy. It seems to always end up as more $$ than it looks, that's how they draw us in.......:confused3

Ohh, I gotcha. That is what they mean by "based on double adult occupancy". So in the "example" price - that is the cost of the room with 2 adults in it, but I have another room going. Jeez, I hate this sort of advertising. I need it black and white.

Ha! I priced it at rack rate for the EXACT same package on the website, and it only saves my family just under $400 for our week. You would Think with 4 kids, "stay, play and dining" free would add up to more savings. :headache: I am moving closer and closer to an off-site stay. I just can't justify this price. We went in 2005 and paid $2500 for the six of us in 2 ASMo rooms with park Hoppers, paid dining plan, and 7 days tickets. I can't get the price for the same package below $4000 now.

Ok, one little question about these offers, why is the middle of June not on them? June 7th or 8th thru June 23rd or 24th. Is there something going on during that time?

I would want to talk to anther CM. Now, I think the example they gave was for four nights, double adult occupancy on the cheapest dates of the offer in a standard room. For instance I am staying at the movies, preferred room in early August, right before rates go down. It is 140 a night (plus tax, I think), So, say 150 a night. So, right off the bat I have 600 dollars just for the room... you'd have 1200 just for the room for four nights. Then, you'd have to pay for three tickets, about $750 more, then you'd have to pay for the dining plan for three adults, about $180 or so with tax each, so about $540 for that. All told, it would add up to about $2500.... if you are looking at 4 nights only. each night beyond four would add about $450 a night more. So... if you're pricing just four nights I don't know how they could have priced POP accurately. Oh, and I guess if you're adding trip insurance that would be more. Could they not be attributing your code to both rooms? What if you did try to book a suite at Music as the PP suggested. Maybe that would work better. Maybe you could get a guest relations person to explain what's going on.

If I book for just myself and my two girls, the girls are free and without trip insurance the cost for four nights is just over $1000 for me and the girls.

P.S. All my numbers are close but not perfect. I did them from memory and guessing tax amounts.

I got this one today too...MY FIRST CODE EVER! :yay:

We can't use it though...the dates don't work for us as we are going in late fall. I'm just excited I got my first code!

Hope others get this one too!

It came to my maiden name though, which is odd because I've only had my current email address since I've been married. Disney...go figure...

Just saw your tag line and wanted to say, I love it!:lmao: I say that same thing about immodium at work all the time; must be a nurse thing.

i got this code too!!! Does anyone know if it is pay for an adult get the kid free? Im a single mom with two kids so if i pay for myself will both kids be free? that would be like $1000 for all three of us to go. omg that would be a score.

Yes, as long as your kids are between 3 and 9. I just booked for myself and my two girls, 3 and 8 and they both get free tickets and dining plan. Of course, since it isn't based on double occupancy the room part isn't split but, yes, it was only about 1000 for me and my girls (we didn't get the insurance).

I am so excited.

it would be 1827 for everything that includes air, package and a room only ressie cause it was cheaper to fly in on sat!

I got the PIN code mentioned, but get this...we already booked and paid for our trip FOR THE SAME DATES THE OFFER IS GOOD FOR!!! Is it too late for us to get in on this deal in any way?? Our reservations are at Beach Club.

:confused3

I don't know but I believe it may not be too late. The question would be if they have availability for that deal at your particular resort. Call and find out and let us know what happens.

I just got the pin today and applied it to my package in July. I previously had the 4/3 deal (actually 4/2 because we were only going for 6 days) and switched it to the kids eat, play, dine for free and we saved another $400! :yay:

Congrats! Did you get your pin in the mail or email? My SIL is hoping to get one too.

I used this PIN for our most recent trip in March! Pretty good savings and I used my DD's FREE ticket to upgrade to an AP!

:thumbsup2

This is just what I was wondering about. We got this code today in the mail and I was thinking of doing it if I could upgrade my DD's ticket to a DVC rate annual pass. I'll have to work out the numbers.

:woohoo:

maybe I don't need that AP rate for July after all (that I'm hoping for)

:yay:

I got this one. My trip is in early June, so the dates apply, but the 4/3 deal was better for us if we wanted to stay at the GF. I could go back down to a suite at the AllStars and save $650, but I wanted to stay at the GF.

So what happens if you have 3 children, you just pay for 1? Anyone price it at a deluxe resort? (we have to have that as we have 6 in our family-one under 3)

Thanks. Just trying to decide if I should book and cancel if something comes up. We were there in Dec and kicking myself for not booking bounceback.

I just got this code yesterday in the mail. I don't think it would be a good value for us though, we are a family of 3 (only 1 6yr old) and we are currently booked under free dining for 5 nights at the GF. I think the cost of the dining for dd and I would be more than the admission ticket for my daughter so it actually would cost us more money to use it.

ALL children 3-9 are free. We are a family of 5 with 3DD that all fall in that range. I got the postcard and pin and I chekced with Disney and any child on the ressie would be free. Too bad it's just not my dates! It was by far a better deal for us than free dining or 4/3. Oh well here's hoping they make it public or extend the dates.

Wow, this sounds like a great deal. For those who have booked, can you book longer than the 4 nights 5 days?? Wish they would extend it into October. And are the theme park tickets base tickets or can you upgrade to PH's?

Denise

Not sure if this got answered for you or not, but I got the PIN too and was trying to work it out to do it, but decided to be good and wait my year to go..

When I was pricing it though, they were looking for dates for 7 nights for me. I never did book it fully though, but they seemed willing to try!

The 4/3 was a better deal for us for the deluxes. You aren't getting any room discount with this PIN. Just tickets and dining. It's a better deal if you are staying in the values but not the deluxes.

I booked this yesterday for 5 nights - 1 adult and 3 kids ages 4,7 and 9 - I cannot believe how little this trip is going to cost me :cool1: We are staying in a value as this wasn't a planned trip and I want to do it as cheap as I can.
