It gets such mixed reviews but we had the best service and food and it was during free dining back when tip and apps were included. Our server, who was also a sommelier, allowed Chloe and Josh to share an adult entree. Wine and food were both terrific!

How are you doin' out there in Utah??? Is Spring springing yet? We are freeeeeezing here, but every few days we get a nice one- I even saw robins the other day- can you imagine???

It's trying to be Spring but the snow ruins it every couple of days. I think the high today is 40*. Michael is doing a shoot for Merrell (sp?) clothing this next week in Sun Valley, Idaho and wants the kids and I to go however, it's colder there than here. Why would I do that? Plus my bday is Monday and I'd rather stay here, off work, and spend the day at yoga and then shopping and lunch with a girlfriend.

Cal Grill is on our list for next time for sure. Haven't tried the Wave yet. I'd also like to try Narcoossee's one day.

I checked and can't open the pictures from work. What's blocked here makes ZERO sense. I can order all I want from Victoria's Secret online but can't look at benign WDW photos.

I will have to check them out. I want to see MNSSHP first, then the F&GF, and then the holiday decorations. It used to be the Holiday things first but I really want to enjoy WDW when it is mostly warm. We didn't have bad weather but it was pretty cool a few days and most nights Lexi and I wore mittens. If I am going to go to FL I want it to be warm.

Looks like they hiked up the price again for the DDP. Did a little math last night on it after finding out DVC can book the DDP for as many or as few nights and not consecutively if we choose. Great news if it provided any real value. After doing some math, it would make sense to book the DDP on any character meal days, otherwise it looks like we'd actually lose money or each gain 15 lbs to get our money's worth. Neither sound appealing.

Have a great day friends. Off to the gym, then Gabby's soccer game, then lunch for my bday with a friend, and then for a pedicure with another girlfriend. But I guess since most of you are my FB friends, you already know this.

I think TiW is a better savings than the DDP. And it allows for much more flexibility.

Yes, you need an AP. But everyone doesn't need to have one. You could always get one with your DVC discount and then get a TiW card.

Good point on the AP- we only need one. I will do a little math but I am guessing 20% off each bill, especially because it includes booze, will outweigh the upgraded cost between an 8 day Hopper and AP. Does it have to be the Premium AP or can it be the Deluxe?

I leave Saturday. I took off Tomorrow and Tuesday to get some much needed house douching done while the kids aren't under my heels. Might throw in a manicure and some yoga too.

Good info, thanks! You sure get your use out of it. I am sure that having an AP like having DVC makes me constantly think: I should be there right now because I have a place to stay!!!


My friend and I are flying, it's only Saturday morning to Tuesday afternoon. The weather is supposed to be mid 70's and sunny.
