Kidani Request

After going back and forth several times on where we want to request for our 2 BR standard at Kidani this June, I think we have decided we want to be near the pool. Convenience won over seclusion. I know that a request is just a request and not a guarantee. I need help in how to word the request. I will be calling MS this afternoon to add a guest, so I'd like to add the request then. I thought about just requesting Rafiki elevator, but I'm afraid that could put us near the lobby and in front of the front portico. We would rather be in the third or fourth bead, so would "pool view" be the best request? Also is there a better floor for that area?

MS is about to close. I'd really like to call today. No one has advice on how to word the request? I know there are experienced Kidani people out there.

Thanks for the link. I had already read it. It is more centered on savanna view. I really need help on pool view. I'm worried about how to word it because so many people are saying the ones who request close to lobby are the ones getting the far end of the wing. They say to request a certain elevator. But I'm wondering if I request "pool view" if that would give me a better chance of getting the third or fourth bead from the lobby. I really don't want to be too close to the lobby.

Seriously though I HAVE to call today. I don't get a lot of chances with my job to make personal phone calls. If anyone has any advice, please let me know.
