Kidani Questions

Staying there for our first time in Sept. Where do we check in? And, is there a place to refill mugs in Kidani? How many pools are there throughout the entire resort? Thank you.

Kidani has its own check in desk in the lobby.

At kidani there are 2 places to refill drinks.. in the lobby gift shop there is a drink station and by the pool there is a drink station.

Kidani has one pool. (Jambo has a pool too.)

Just returned from 6 nights at Kidani earlier this month and PP is correct. Although there are 2 mug refill stations, one negative is there is no quick service restaurant at Kidani.

The pool at Kidani also has 2 hot tubs and a great kids splash play area. My kids loved the dump buckets and the water guns. Have fun!

We are staying there for the 3rd time in a few weeks for the last 3 nights of our vaca - we werent going to stay there this year but a week ago I decided I couldnt stay away and called and switched the last 3 nts to a savanna view studio. I am in love with the resort and the room/views!

Anyways, yes there is one pool at Kidani and Jambo house has one also, you can use either. The Kidani pool is great though!

Mugs can be refilled at the pool or in the gift shop.

Another tip, if you have a rental car you can park right under your room in the ramp. If you dont and will be relying on Disney transport, and do not wish to walk miles to and from your room (it is a pretty long walk if you get the farthest rooms) then request NEAR THE LOBBY!
