Kidani Pool - still closed for refurb?

Anyone been to AKV lately? We have a trip in 2 weeks and I know the official word is that the Kidani pool is closed thru April but I haven't seen a recent update.

Reports in a Facebook group I'm in are that they were filling it with water and that CMs said the reopening would be April 11.

We were at AKL earlier this week and it was still closed, however, I walked by and the pool had water in it and it looks like it's getting ramped up for use. I didn't ask anyone about when it would be open but it seems like it will open soon.

Hopefully its open soon, we got a trip in less then two weeks and really enjoy that pool area vs Jambo house

I knew the DIS could save me.. I asked MS and they literally just told me it was still closed!

Did they make any changes to the pool area or was the closure just maintenance?
