Just looking at your pictures again four the 5 time now!
Walmart must have had a great sale on pink paint, I think they used enough to fill 10 swimming pools. I sure hope they are going to paint some designs or something on the hotel because now it looks like a Pink Nightmare!

I don't think that's pink. It looks to be some earthy tone of red & brown.

YEAH!! I haven't seen any pictures of the pool area. Try and get a picture if you can and post others as well. I love to see our "home" progressing!

If I recall, it did cross the entrance to the service area and I don't remember anything special there. I believe it went to the handicap parking area for the Lodge. So walking from Kidani to the Lodge would mean following the path to the handicap parking area, then following that walkway up to the lodge itself. If I get a chance we'll try to get back there again and take a closer look.

Thanks for the photos Bill. I took a visit to Kidani during Mousefest. I went exploring and walked along the front of the resort. I went near what will be the main entrance to the resort. I believe the spot Lisa is refering to only has a painted walkway/crosswalk. Don't hold me to that, but I believe it was only a white, painted walkway near the delivery area which connects the Kidani pathway to the Jambo pathway.

Hey, I recognize that!! We didn't get as good a photos as you did though. We were staying there and actually didn't take the time to go to that side to take many photos. GREAT zoom of the lobby!

When you walk around Animal Kingdom Park you'll notice a lot of the buildings are this earthtone, don't know that I would call it pink. Disney goes through great expense to get authentic colors and designs, I'm sure most will like the look. I've gone by several times over the past year and really never thought pink when looking at the progress. Guess pictures and pc monitors can tint it enough to look pink.
