Kidani Or Jambo Opening Weekend

Does anybody know if it would be better to stay at Jambo House the opening weekend of Kidani Village? Might sound weird, but I expect them to still be constructing come May 1st and if you get a Savannah View at Kidani, you might only be looking at empty lots and cranes.
