Kidani-Jambo bus: quick or convoluted?

To those of you who have visited since they opened Kidani, how have they organized the two stops?

Have they done it so that both stops can be handled really quickly? That is, do the buses stop at one stop, slam the doors shut, go in a straight line and then reach the next stop really fast?

OR, have they somehow managed to do it so that the bus has to exit one parking area and go around, enter another area and so forth, so that five minutes or more is added to the bus ride?

Just curious. Sometimes it seems that Disney organizes multiple stops in the least organized way possible.

Honestly...it's fine.


It's better to be at Kidani though and get on first...it got packed and people at Jambo would have to wait for another bus a couple of times.

Is it a pretty straight shot? I've stayed at AKL before, and even though it is in what I consider a terrible location it is always a quick trip to the parks because the bus doesn't do a lot of stopping and starting. I figure adding just one stop shouldn't be too bad, but just curious how they configured things.

(Of course, it's a great location if your favorite park is AK!)

It's always great to see a fellow Mississippian on DIS, elite group that we are!

It's not convoluted at all. But I can see a great benefit in staying at Kidani when going to the parks, since it's the first stop. There were just a handful of folks boarding at Kidani, but a bus full boarding at Jambo House. Seems like we stopped at Blizzard Beach a couple of times, tho.
