Thanks. I actually feel better now than I did this morning, so my antibiotics must be working - yay. Which means I guess I have to go back to work tomorrow - boo. I could get used to staying home and doing this sewing thing. But I do have a Disney obsession to support, so off to work I go.

My friend and I are getting together after tennis Saturday to do the embroidery, so I will post photos then.

I like that one best, too. It uses more of my awesome Disney fabric. THANKS for putting the names in there. It really helps me. I think I like the red lettering better than the white.

Tell me what program you used. And how did you load the Disney font into that program ?? I NEED it !! I played around with it in Photoshop but couldn't figure out how to load the font. But I didn't try very hard, the kids were wanting to get on the computer and play Wizard 101.

And I totally hope you can come cruisin' with us, too. To Alaska or anywhere !!

To do the lettering I had to open up paint in the Windows Photo Gallery because I couldn't do in edits in the photo editor. The font I downloaded from mickeyavenue.com. You just save files to your fonts folder, and voila! They should be available to use in most any program.

I am scheduled to meet with my tennis buddy tomorrow after my tennis lesson. I can't wait to see her embroidery machine. I am sooo excited about seeing how they turn out!!

Hay ya'll !! My tennis pal got our FE stuff embroidered and I just had to show you how they turned out. The first one will be the top of the Fish Extender.

My friend was worried that she had made this one too big. and I have to admit, it is kinda big, but I am sure I can make it work. It will be a little wider than the 8 inches that the instructions say the width should be, but I think it will be fine.

There isn't a fish extender police or anything is there ?? No one is going to bring a ruler around and measure and give me a citation for having one that is two inches wider that it should be, I hope.

I originally had wanted red for the names on the Mickey/Minnie heads, but my friend suggested the yellow and I am really happy with how it turned out.

Once I get it all put together, I will post photos.

I finished my fish extender !! YAY !! I am really happy with how it turned out and it was pretty easy to put together. here are a couple of photos

So now that I am done obsessing with that, I guess I will move on to Door Magnets and Fish Extender gifts. Because, you know, what else am I going to do for the next 45 days ??

That is so cute! It looks really great. It'll be a nice keepsake too, when the cruise is over! Wow, 45 days! It seems like a lot but it'll fly by, a lot faster than my 159! Oh boy.

Thanks Marissa. I hope to use it on more than one cruise. Have to get this one under our belts first. When we first booked it, we had over 400 days so 45 doesn't seem so bad. I still have some things to do before our trip though.
