Kid eat free + coupon book at Swan & Dolphin?

In the following brochure (Disney info for UK):

it stands (in the Swan & Dolphin details):

Kids eat free – up to 2 children per room, 9
years and under eat free from the children’s
menu (selected restaurants)

I've never heard about that before , do you know if it is limited to the UK or booking through Disney? or is it open to everybody?

Sounds similar to the Starwood Gold Member perk where kids eat free 2-9. No coupon book needed and really the only restaurants they eat free is at FRESH at the Dolphin or Garden Grove/Gulliver's at the Swan. The rest of the restaurants are subbed out. (ie. Blue Zoo, Shula's, Il Mulino) It's a nice little perk.

Don't know about the coupon book though.

Is this true about the kids eat free as a Gold Prefered Perk? I never knew this, does anyone have personal experience with this.
