Well, I didn't book with Spirit Air a couple weeks ago when fares were pretty low ($727 for 4 of us in late Nov. :confused3 ). Now the fare is up to $880 for 4. So do I book them now before they go up higher? Will Spirit give me a credit if they come back down? Or should I wait till the other airlines come out with their November fares and hope for a lower price? Thanks!

UGH this is a tough call...we are going in May...and I was waiting and waiting for prices to go down...my only requirment is the flight be non-stop...once airfare went down and at the time I did not have the money to buy....well the fare went back up and I was sooooo upset...I kept checking and checking and no change...well today thanks to these boards.. :disrocks: ...I got airfare from PHL to MCO for the 3 of us for $350.70...so I would say wait it out...are you signed up for SW DING??? Do you have to fly one specific airline, or are you looking for cheapest???

Spirit doesn't seem to have the greatest rates anymore. They used to have great cyber specials. I would book it before it goes up more.

Did you check NW? I was surprised to see that fares went down for the days we needed...Nov 19 - 25....to $210 pp rt, nonstop out of dtw.

I jumped on those! I haven't seen any other airlines come close to that price for those same days.
