Keystone Resort????

Does anyone have any information on this resort? We would be thinking of going in May. What is the weather like then and where is the best place to stay? We don't ski and will have a three year old and one year old plus my mother and father in law. Some will like to fish and the rest of us are just looking for a good time. We have been to WDW the last three years and are looking for something a little more kick back with the kids ages being so tough. Any info would be great! Thanks

I have a friend who owns a 1 BR unit in River Run there. He goes every year during Jan and usually during spring break as well. We were just talking about this today as I was asking if he was going this Jan and how it was doing $$$ wise. He said he comes close to breaking even every year but would do better if he didn't use it spring break. I haven't been to the area but have talked to many that have and I've never talked to anyone that wasn't positive about it. I think Keystone is one of those generated resort areas much like Beaver Creak.
