How long is the tour? And how do you book it?

Just back from a quick trip to the Magic Kingdom with my daughters ages 24 and 20. We've been to WDW a LOT, my oldest daughter has even been to Disneyland Paris. However, we've never taken a tour so I booked one for June 29. Our tour guide was Maureen from Oregon who graduated from the University of Notre Dame.

Well well well... it's a small world after all! I was on the same tour as you guys! It was absolutely worth the tour and Maureen was great!

This is one of the (if not THE) most popular tours at WDW -- anyone interested will need to book about 2-3 months out if not longer when going during peak times. Groups of 2 or 3 can sometimes snag a cancellation if you keep checking in with WDW Tours. All tours are booked over the phone at 407-WDW-TOUR (407-939-8687). Payment is full is needed upon the time of booking and there is typically a 2-day cancellation minimum requirement. You won't get a confirmation email or anything in writing so be sure to write down the confirmation number and logistics that they give you over the phone.

I don't know how old your daughter is, but the Marceline to Magic Kingdom tour is available for ages 12 and up and typically includes Haunted Mansion -- in fact, you usually get to go behind the scenes how the ballroom scene works.

So excited to hear this. My girls and I are planning a trip for Fall 2018 (yes, 3 years away) - they will both be graduating from post-secondary that year (one University, one college), and if we wait until November, my middle DD will be turning 21, so we'll all be able to have a few drinks to celebrate their achievements.

I told them if they pay for their room/tickets, I will cover flights and I also plan to spring for this tour as well. I'm SO excited...it will be a long 3 year wait!!

We just did this tour and it was awesome! I just wished it was a couple of hours longer so we could tour the other lands with our awesome guide Evie!

Is the HM on every your usually? My daughter is a big fan and this would make a great gift when she is older.

Ahh I was just going to suggest marceline to Mk for hm lovers. It's a cheaper tour and much more time is spent at the hm. Getting to see behind the scenes of the ballroom is worth the price alone.
