We'll be at Disney the last week in June. I'm definitely interested in doing the "Keys to the Kingdom" tour (want to see the Utilidors!).

Question is, how long exactly does the tour last? What time(s) of the day does it start? And most importantly, are ressies a must-have for this tour? If so, how far in advance do they have to be made? Can ressies be made a day or two prior to the tour?

Currently the tour runs 7 days a week and there are several AM times to choose (I'm thinking 3). Yes a ressie is a must because you pay in advance. You could always sign up when you check in, but they do only take a certain number of folks on each tour (I believe 20), so it could be full for the day you want. I believe the tour is about 4 hours and includes lunch at Colombia Harbor House (you pre-choose you meal when you check in). Cameras and large bags are not allowed, and picture ID is required.

I recently signed up for the AK/Wild by Design tour. They are running a special on the AK tours of 30% off for AP holders until May 14. There are other discounts available at 15% off for AAA and DVC members.

We did the Keys tour a couple of years ago and loved it and cherish our "key" pin you receive for attending.

I believe this site WDWinfo.com has more info that I can give you on this tour and many others.

VA Mouseman,

I did the tour last month. I chose the last tour which is 9:30am. We finished at 2:45 with lunch around noon.

I ordered the tour 3 months ahead of time. and yes, you must pay in advance.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
