Does anyone have any suggestions for teens at Key West? Anywhere fun for them to eat? My son usually likes to visit the Hard Rock Cafes, but I was hoping for something different.thanks.Beth
Hello Beth,
Remember me - this is Shirley your friend - how come you didn't call me about Key West - did you forget Norm and I are old conchs from there ? Anyhow for Teens and children there just has never ever been much for kids to do - I do have that package that I send out on Key West which doesn't have any strings attached and the cost is a big manilla envelope with about 3.75 worth of stamps on it and self addressed - the butterfly museum is about it and the beach next to White Street the Clarence Higgs beach isn't too bad - it has the East Monticello Fort which I understand has been reburished and interesting which I am glad to hear since that was a mess when I was growing up - I will call Norm's daughther down there today and try to find out if anything at anytime is going on - when are you sailing cause that plays a big part in it also.
Take care and call when you get the chance.
Luy ya
Shirley
Just got back from Key West and we rented the four-person golf carts and cruised around town. It was very fun. I don't know if your teens can drive yet, but you might consider this.
