This is the second time an utgent matter with one of my bookings happened while Kevin is on vacation (SO sorry Kevin). We are leaving for an ABD trip on Wednesday, and my MIL is injured and can't go. ABD wouldn't let me cancel her, insisted the TA had to do it. Between the cellphone and John's laptop they handled it, crisis taken care of. Can't thank you two enough.
I travel alot, and could book my own trips easily enough. But for those who don't use a TA, you should reconsider. A good TA like these guys handles not only the booking but any problems that arise afterward, and as an industry professional can do it better and with more clout. Priceless.
