Hi, I see that Kevin adores his Kindle and many people do too. I don't have a Kindle because my current financial situation doesn't allow it, but I would love to own a Kindle one day!!!
Browsing the web I came across a great website, it's entirely dedicated to the Kindle, it's called Kindleboards, here's the link:

They have all sort of information about Kindle, tips, tricks, books reccomendations, free books advices, discounts tips, accessories reccommendations from real people etc, everything. One thread that you MUST check out is called "Post Oberon pictures Here" here's the link:

it's great, people post pictures of their Oberon Design Kindle covers (that I find gorgeous) to show how they look in real life, in natural light, etc. because sometimes the pictures in the Oberon website doesn't give justice to some of the beautiful colors. I must say that I spent hours yesterday night just going through that thread, it's got 35 pages, I stopped at about 15 to get some sleep. But it was difficult to stop looking at those pictures.
Do you think I should call it "KINDLE PORN"?
After all, the Restaurants board have their own "food porn" threads!
So, if you love the Kindle check that website, I love it.

What a great website. I just got my Kindle a couple of weeks ago and I'm torn between 2 different Oberon covers. I can't afford both so I'm in Oberon cover limbo.

I'm definitely going to check out the Oberon cover pictures thread. Hopefully it'll help me make up my mind. Otherwise my poor Kindle is going to be coverless for awhile.

You Are exactle right. I can't decide among 4 or 5 designs and colors. I guess it's good thing I don't have a kindle yet, so I don't have to decide!
Did you check also all the other accessories they have? People there show their covers and skins and charms and little cute bags to hold it in, all coordinated with great colors and motifs. Everything is so beautiful!

Enjoy your new kindle, I hope one day to be part of the club

The Hokusai Wave is one of my favorites. The navy is gorgeous. it's really beautiful also in the new color they recently added that's called sky blue.

I had such a hard time choosing...my kindle may need to change outfits every season !!

I went with the forest cover in fern, and it is even more beautiful in person than it looked on the site... I just love it, and I think my kindle is MUCH happier in this lovely cover than in the plain old boring black one it had before!!

I've been checking out their journals too--I've read that they are going to be at the Renaissance Faire in Bristol this summer; I'm hoping to see the journals in person to help get a feel for the size...but I'm thinking I'm going to have to bring just enough cash for one and leave the plastic at home as their pieces are all so beautiful and WAY too tempting!!
