I would say if it is just COFFEE or TEA then yes. t may not taste as fresh (duh) but it would still be okay. IAnything that may have dried/powdered milk in it (like Hot Chocolate) no.

If they are kept in a cool location they are usually good for quite a while after the expiration - even the hot chocolate. It's the powdered milk that can become rancid, but this does not occur unless they are in a hot area. I have used them and have had no problems, but I do keep them in a cool walk in pantry.
Non the less, you can still 'try' them and see if any quality has suffered. It definitely won't 'harm' you - just quality/taste control.
