Well, that story from March is supposed to now have a new witness that will be speaking out against John Kerry.

http://www.vietnamveteransagainstjohnkerry.com/kerry_kan_plot1.htm

This story broke in March, but my dh came home from work telling me he heard at work that new information would be coming out against Kerry; that there was more to this story that was breaking.

If anyone can find info on this story from today, that would be great. Thank you! I can't seem to find, yet, what they were talking about on the radio.

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure I heard about this some time ago too but it slipped my mind(old age ya know).

But this will be shot down (ooo, poor choice there, sorry) by the left as usual but it's a pretty darn serious charge on it's own.

I heard something about this a while back also. You're right Elwood, the left will shoot (oops) this down.

You managed to read all 21000 pages?

Impressive.

Huh? I heard nothing, of course I was standing in line for tickets to see W!!!! We were telling this lady that she really should not bother watching CNN if she wants accurate reporting. She said she watches it to see how they spin it to the left, for entertainment value if you will. She watches the speech in question and she and her husband play a game of "how will they spin it on CNN?". Will it be left or right? If it was a drinking game she would have liver problems!

You know what who really cares if they are lying we all know they do it so why make a big deal out of it man what a waste of space on the server. They are politicians they are going to lie it is part of the job.

That's a pretty sad expectation to have.

Well they should learn to maybe keep one lie or another straight before they step into the limelight of politics. One is as bad as the other same with the stupid Liberal party here in Canada. If they didn't lie what would people have to talk and complain about. It just makes me laugh that so many people are caught up in the whole oh Bush lied or Kerry lied thing like I said who cares we all know they have lied and will continue to do so look at Clinton he lied under oath they are politicians they lie get over it.

I don't know about Saffron, but I'm sure Kendra read all 21,000 pages.

Surely, Kendra didn't just read a story on an anti-Kerry website then run breathlessly to the computer to report "tha scoop" without doing some research.

Surely.............

All these lies about service and the war in vietnam well youknow what it was a war that you should have had no part in yes you were supposedly asked and you know what else we had far to many Canadian men and teenagers go to war with you and die for a needless war. I am sure there are lots and lots of lies regarding that war it is done and overwith and has been for a very long time try living in the present and not the past and realise that as politicians they will lie it is their nature.

Don't call me Surely. :)

But I guess that would be as bad as reading stuff about Bush on some place such as, say, www.democraticunderground.com ?

Surely it can't be.

ROTFL. I can see Leslie Neilsen saying it. Thanks for the memories.

I don't read the Democratic Underground. Hysterics on either side of the aisle bore the hell out of me. There's just so many ways one individual can tell another individual to perform an unnatural act on themselves before it gets redundant. ;)

Unbelievable.

Attack Kerry because they have nothing else to run on. They understand that if you say something loud enough and often enough, the media will repeat it and then some people will believe it.

The RNC film on George W. Bush told the whole story. The only thing that ever happened in Dubya's life was 9-11. It happened on his watch. He has no resume before 9-11-2001.

The Republican Party believes in fear. If you are afraid, then security is the most important thing to you. Be afraid. Be afraid of the terrorists who can be anyone or anywhere. Be afraid of the protestors, be afraid of any type of dissent. But just how much safer is the world or NYC under this President's watch? NY had to call out its entire police force while the President and his party were in NYC - just blocks from where the World Trade Towers once stood.

And isn't it most ironic that while the majority of events on 9-11 took place in NYC, most of the people that live in NYC (and lived through it at a very personal level) do NOT want to live through another 4 years with George W. Bush as their President.

The Republican Party believes in fear.

The Democratic Party doesn't have clean hands in the "make them scared" contest either. Why do you think the Democrats shriek about Republicans trying to starve children, kill minorities and put old people out on the street? To make people afraid.

If you are afraid, then security is the most important thing to you.

You don't have to be afraid to put security at the top of the list of important items for this country. It should be common sense.

If the country isn't secure, what does the rest really matter? Do you not remember the impact on the economy of 9/11? How many thousands of people lost jobs because of the attacks? How many businesses went under? And when the economy suffers, everything else suffers as well, because just at the time that more people need government services, less money is available to provide those services.

Be afraid of the protestors, be afraid of any type of dissent.

What are you talking about? Did you not see all of the protestors in NYC this past week? It didn't seem to me that anyone was afraid of protestors or dissent.

And isn't it most ironic that while the majority of events on 9-11 took place in NYC, most of the people that live in NYC (and lived through it at a very personal level) do NOT want to live through another 4 years with George W. Bush as their President.

And your point is...what? Who cares if they don't want another 4 years of President Bush? They'll have the same opportunity to cast their vote in November as everyone else. And them not wanting President Bush again has nothing to do with 9/11 - they didn't want him the first time either, even prior to 9/11.

Well, I only had 5 minutes to thoroughly read it, so I only got to pg. 20,997.

Truthfully, what my dh heard tonight was that there were NEW FBI files or something being released. He's not even sure; he only caught a tidbit of this story at work. But, it's something new, not old rehashed stuff. At least that's what he thinks.

Well, ThAnswer, you might have meant that unflatteringly, but nevertheless, it made me laugh!

I was just thinking about this today. . .if the liberals could actually prove their assertion that Bush wasn't really elected, could he then run again in 2008 and serve a third term?

Would that be why the Democrats for their convention had anyone who wanted to protest stuck in their own personal gulag far away from any of the convention activity? I still don't understand that one. At least in NY the protestors were allowed near the convention site, in Boston, the party "of the people" didn't want the people to get too close at all.
