Does anyone have this? If so, have you tried KP duty by Dermadoctor?

Or have you tried anything else that has given you some improvement on the red bumps? My arms look terrible - worse than they ever have and I need help!

i actually have had that all my life and never realized it was keratosis pilaris until about last year. the weirdest thing is that it actually went away when i started on new birth control pills. before that though, i researched some things that i could put on it to soothe it and people said that eucerin calming creme works the best. apparently the best lotion was taken off the market, i think it was something from jergens. hope that helps.

my dr. didn't think too much of the script available.
I've found that salt scrub, followed by baby oil while my skin is still wet helps it alot.
It generally gets better for me in the summer from a combination of not wearing sleeves and more time in the sunlight.

I have it and also my ds does as well. Eucerin cream seems to help ds when he (and I) remember to use it, for my I have found that tanning and getting tattoo's seem to help it as well.....cover it with color

Surprisingly enough, shaving my arms every day has helped me quite a lot. I thought I would get razor burn or irritation, but the exact opposite happened. My skin is very smooth and soft. I use the Intuition razor, which may have something to do with it.

I use Glytone products...good for the bumps under the skin on your cheeks that don't wanna come out, too.

The lotion lac -hydrin helps some.It used to be prescription -but I don't think it is anymore- or it has a non prescription strength.
Like someone else mentioned sugar scrub is good. I make my own -a real oily one and it helps a bit.
Sun helps me the most -but that is kind of a double edge sword

LOL, thanks!! I use the soap with a poof ball in the shower, and there's a lotion after you get out of the shower. The lotion stings a little bit, but I very rarely get the bumps anymore.
