Kennedy space center

I am not sure where to post this. Where is the best place to get info about the Kennedy Space Center. We are planning to spend the day there after our 7day Thanksgiving cruise. Who has the best price on tickets?

Start by visiting their website at www.kennedyspacecenter.com. And plan on spending most of the day there.

It is only about 20 minutes from the port, you can see it fron the ship. great day for everyone there and educational, when I was in the Navy I was stationed there and it was a teriffic experience, also grew up near Cocoa Beach and spent hours at RonJons, try to go there also. It is open 24 hours a day,everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went there in July after our cruise (i.e. got off the boat, checked into the hotel and drove to KSC). It was very interesting. We paid for the $29.50 tickets that just took you through the Space Center. We didn't think we would have time to go to the Astronaut Hall of Fame down the road apiece and we were right. We were there about 6 hours and still didn't see all of it. KSC has a lot of movies (IMAX, video, etc) and these all take a lot of time. There were actually three separate museum/visitor centers that you see along with the bus tour that gets you to the two other centers. It was amazing all of the foreign nationals that were at KSC in July. We felt like the only folks from the US! Anyway, I hear that they suffered a lot of damage during Hurricane Fran. It has set the shuttle program back by 6 months.
