Kelly Park Springs and tubing

Has anyone ever heard of this park where u go tubing? What is it like? I have ssen some pics but it looks like it is surronded by bush so what about wildlife in the water like alligators?

We're planning a two week trip in June that will be mostly off-site stuff (only a few Disney days) and this is one of the places we want to visit. It looks like fun!
