The short version is this:
Kellogg Kash is found on the back of only certain variety and sizes of Kellogg cereal:

• Honey Crunch Corn Flakes®: 21.3 oz, 15.1 oz
• Kellogg's Corn Flakes®: 7 oz, 24 oz, 18 oz, 12 oz
• Mini-Wheats® Frosted Original: 20.4 oz, 16 oz
• Raisin Bran: 25.5 oz, 15 oz

You collect the "kash" and can either bid on items in their online auction or for 100 coupons, you can get a free night at a value resort.

If you eat these particular varieties of cereal and you consume a lot of cereal in your house, then this might be the way to get a couple of freebies.
