Does anyone know if there is an age/height requirement for the slide at Boardwalk Inn? We are staying there and June and I was wondering about this. My son is 3 yoa and 40 inches tall. If he is too short, can I go down with him?

Thanks!

No one can go down a slide double. He'll have to go alone. And you can't sit at the bottom waiting for him either. You might need to wait for him to get a little older.

You can also borrow a life vest for the length of your stay from the quiet pool.
They are really strict about going down together or waiting at the bottom. You can wait to the side and swoop in when he lands if you all decide to try.

I have seen parents wait right at the bottom of the slide and I have seen lifeguards ask them to move back. I have also seen kids as young as the OPs go down the slide with arm swimmies or a lifevest (available free at BWI).

My daughter went down at 3 with arm swimmies. I waited at the bottom off to the side. You can not wait directly in front of the slide but when you see them coming down you can walk over and catch them.:goodvibes

Thanks everybody for your suggestions and help.
