I sailed on the Wonder in October and had a blast (honeymoon for 2nd marriage). We are going again in May and taking my son and neice with us. What is the best way to keep up with the kids when on deck or throughout the ship? I know when we went before we (as adults) would lose each other quite often. Does anyone have suggestions other than radios to keep up with the kids? I though about those glowing necklaces in the evening so we would spot them quickly on deck. The kids are never away from us much, but you know how kids are...you can turn around and they are looking at something you passed 3 minutes earlier. Suggestions?

Thanks!:bounce: :pinkbounc :bounce: :pinkbounc

The glowing necklaces would be a good idea, but on some of the night I know the kids got glow necklaces for some activites, so it might be hard to spot your child among many glow necklaces!!!

Maybe ask them to check in every few hours at a pretermined meeting spot. It can be very difficult keeping up with them! How old are the kids?

It's gonna depend on the age of the kids. With our 12 & 13 YO we didn't even try. There were just some plans made where we would meet back in the room prior to dinner to get dressed, and that was about it, though we would see them frequently thru the day in chance encounters.

If you sign them up for one of the clubs, you can get a beeper, and even if the child isn't in the club, they can go there and have you paged.

We did see people with radios, but I don't think they were much use except on deck.
