My family has recently got back from our Disney vacation, and we were looking for ways to keep the magic alive now that we're back home. Does anyone here have any ideas in how to do this?
Yup! Start planning your next trip!!! Get everyone involved once a week with a meal and plan some of the trip. Pick your parks, then your resteraunts, your must do rides. Think about where you will be staying and get out maps and figure out the best rooms. Of course you can scrap your trip, make dvd slideshows, edit some video if you have it. You obviously just need a prodding, have some pixie dust already
oh and the most important thing is to log on and read the DIS boards every day! After all your recent knowledge can help many a soon to be traveller, so answer some questions and give your opinions!
I am in the same boat only my husband says he will never go back so planning our next trip is really not an option. Anyhow, I feel that whenever I watch the video, the music brings back all of the happiness and emotion of being there. I want to buy a cd of music from the parks but I am not sure it even exists. Anyone out there know the name of the cd, if any?
I have loads of CDs. This year on our trip my Mom bought Wishes (but I made a copy of it), and I got the Animal Kingdom Soundtrack and The Official Album: The Happiest Celebration on Earth. The last one I mentioned is great! 2 discs, and has music from all 4 parks. I also saw a CD for Cinderellabration.
This year I saw soundtracks for the individual rides: examples: POTC and Haunted Mansion.
Thanks for the information on the Happiest Celebration CD. I think that would be exactly what I am looking for. Do you have to buy it at the parks or can you still buy it once you get home?
