I bought my dh the frogg toggs chilly pad towel and he really only gets minimal cooling from it here in hot, humid NC.

I have been thinking about buying some cool downz bandanas for our upcoming August trip. Has anyone used these and found any relief from them? :beach:

Never taken a bandana to WDW, but here in Boise we have very hot summers, and I never wear anything on my head. The bandanas just seem to trap heat on my head.

I would just try to keep your hair off your neck, wear light clothes, and take plenty of breaks in air conditioned attractions. We go in August every year and are always perfectly fine.

Have a magical trip!

Best way to get relief in the summer is to get to the parks at rope drop and take a break by 1. Then come back around 6 when the sun gets lower in the sky. Another way is to alternate inside attractions with outside attractions. And of course, drink plenty of fluids. We always go in the summer, and we haven't melted yet.
