DH just emailed a photo of he and GEN Patraeus and it made me miss him more (DH, not Patraeus), but he should be leaving for home two months from today. I just hope it won't take a week to get home like it took him to get there

THANK YOU for your unselfish service as an Army spouse and DH's on active-duty! Nine months is a VERY long time to be away from each other. I hope you have a great vacation and the remaining time he has deployed goes VERY quickly (and safely).
