Called this morning because we had overlapping reservations at Dolphin and BC. Had hoped AP rates would be better for BC (love sab, but couldn't justify $100 more a night compared to Dolphin).
Said I wanted to drop the first night. Wasn't paying total attention, because she had me listed as a junior and had to change that before I was allowed to change ressie. I was wondering about the junior thing and later realized she dropped off May 30 AND May 31st.
So I called back to fix it, and got a different CM. He found out she had ADDED a day at the end also!!
I just laughed and politely asked that a new confirmation be sent!! He agreed it might be a good idea!
