30 minutes Ripped, and my shoulders are RIPPED!! Jillian promised NO exercise would be repeated so I better not see a plank again for the next two weeks!! I have one more day to complete week 2...geez!!

I am so glad it is the weekend!! And so glad there are only 17 more student contact days! Especially since the office manager booked me to sub until the end of the year. :scared1: Those special ed kinders are adorable, though. Yesterday was pirate day pirate: and they were so stinking cute! :)

For those of you following my plugged ear 2 month long saga: one ear popped! :cool1: I can halfway hear. It was a very joyous day! Now just waiting on the other one. Knee is still bothering me, :mad: but I'm plugging along with PT. Maybe I'll run again! :scared:
