Keep Le Cellier or walk to Flying Fish?

We've had 2 great meals at both in the past. This time we are travelling with our kids. We need an Epcot meal and am unsure about keeping Le Cellier, considering going over to Flying Fish. Advice appreciated

I would walk to Flying Fish. I am not a fan of Le Cellier (though I do admit I have not been there since the update).

We like both also. Since you have your kids this time, I would decide by menu. If you lean more to seafood, go Flying Fish - more to steak, Le Cellier.

I also agree with the PP's, walk over to FF! Even if someone in your party has their heart on steak, FF has a better steak than Le Cellier. :yay:

Le Cellier is boring... I'd definitely walk to the Flying Fish Cafe.. better food and kids will like the Boardwalk entertainers! DS5 really enjoyed the juggling and comedy of the boardwalk entertainers who performed right outside the entrance to Flying Fish Cafe (and he was part of a magic trick too...)

I think Le Cellier is good...but Flying Fish is better. Plus, Flying Fish is relatively noisy for a signature restaurant, and I actually think kids would prefer its whimsical atmosphere and decor over Le Cellier's dark, damp, and crowded feel.

I remember getting dripped on repeatedly last time I was at Le Cellier because of the moisture on the beams above.

I like both restaurants but I agree that the Boardwalk area is fun for kids. My kids loved all the acivities and Boardwalk jugglers, magic shows etc...

Not sure if it is me or what i am used to living in the North East. But i did not think FF was all that special. The waiter was a little snooty when i told him i had a TiW card right off the bat. I was there in December and i dont think i would go back.

LeCellier to me is a great restaurant and yes may not be worth 2 TS but it is on my list every trip

I'd walk over to FF. Its not a very far walk but the food/atmosphere is significantly better.

I do have another day for an Epcot ADR. I may book Le Cellier for a late lunch.

Out of all of the Signature Restaurants I have tried, Flying Fish is definitely the best of them (I've been to Yachtsman, Le Cellier, Narcoossee's, and Flying Fish).

Now im curious.....about how far of a walk would you say it is to the boardwalk from Epcot?

We did Le Cellier for lunch and Flying Fish for dinner on our Epcot day. Turned out great.

We ate at Flying Fish for the first time on Sunday and it was the best meal I have ever had on Disney property including multiple visits to Le Cellier. I cant't wait to save up enough to go back!
