Keep getting timer. Can not reply to posts

Hi, I am trying to get my 10 messages in so I can secure a DVC reservation but I keep getting a timer between posts. Can you help?

There's a timer for everyone between posts. You just have to post around it.

Typically, you can't rapid fire posts within something like 30 seconds of each other. But sometimes the systems raises the time (up to 45 minutes sometimes). It's a random thing.
